Whether you email, visit or have a personal conversation with one of our employees, you must be able to trust that we handle your data carefully and confidentially. In this privacy statement you can read how we do this and what rights you have with regard to your personal data.

Article 1: Personal data

As a service provider, Stichting Radicaal voor Jezus processes personal data. Personal data are data that can be traced back to a person. For example, in some cases we ask for your name, address details, telephone number and/or e-mail address. We also ask you to identify yourself for conferences with the confirmation of registration certificate sent by us so that we are certain that you are who you say you are. For events and conferences, this is all from the perspective of a correct and safe course with regard to fire safety and municipal regulations. All your data will be treated strictly confidential.

 

Article 2: Use of cookies

When you visit the website www.radicaalvoorjezus.nl, we use cookies to improve the website. A cookie is a simple small file that is sent with pages of this website and is stored by your browser on the hard drive of your computer. Stichting Radicaal voor Jezus uses cookies to remember your settings and preferences. You can disable these cookies via your browser, see for example this explanation by the Consumers' Association for an explanation. Cookies are placed via our website by the American company Google, as part of the "Analytics" service. We use this service to track and receive reports on how visitors use the website. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or if third parties process the information on behalf of Google. We have no influence on this. With your permission, we place "tracking cookies" on your computer. We use these cookies to track which pages you visit, in order to build a profile of your online behavior. This profile is not linked to your name, address, email address and the like, but only to tailor advertisements to your profile so that they are as relevant to you as possible.

 

Article 3: Click behaviour and visitor data

General visitor data is recorded on the website www.radicaalvoorjezus.nl. In this context, the IP address of your computer, any user name, the time of the request and data that the browser of a visitor sends along, can be registered and used for statistical analyses of visitor and click behaviour on the website. We also use this to optimise the functioning of our website. We try to anonymise this data as much as possible. This data is not provided to third parties.

 

Article 4: Analytics and Tag Manager

Stichting Radicaal voor Jezus uses Google Analytics to track how users use the website and how effective our Adwords advertisements are on Google search result pages. The information obtained, including the address of your computer (IP address), is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Read Google's privacy policy for more information, as well as the specific privacy policy of Google Analytics. Google uses this information to track how our website is used, to be able to provide us with reports about the website and to be able to offer its advertisers information about the effectiveness of their campaigns. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or to the extent that these third parties process the information on behalf of Google. We have no influence on this. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services.

 

Article 5: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter

The website of Stichting Radicaal voor Jezus includes buttons to promote or share pages on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter. These buttons are realized by a code that is provided by Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and Twitter themselves. This code places a cookie (see above). Article 6: Webshop

The website of Stichting Radicaal voor Jezus also has a webshop. This webshop contains cookies from the company Woo Commerce. These cookies are used to remember the contents of your shopping cart and to provide you with the most relevant information for your purchase.

 

Article 7: The controller

Stichting Radicaal voor Jezus processes personal data in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, as described in the General Data Protection Regulation Act. The controller of the processing of personal data is Stichting Radicaal voor Jezus, located at Parmentierstraat 2e kantoor 12, 7903 TP, Hoogeveen.

 

Article 8: Purposes of processing

The Radical for Jesus Foundation processes your data for the purpose of:

  1. The need you indicated for up-to-date information from the Radical for Jesus Foundation;
  2. Registration of events and conferences;
  3. If applicable for declaring the delivered products and/or events;
  4. Compliance with a legal obligation;
  5. The (execution of the) purchase agreement that you entered into by ordering a product on the website www.radicaalvoorjezus.nl;
  6. Maintaining a relationship with you;
  7. To keep you informed of news about the Radical for Jesus Foundation and/or new products or new videos from the Radical for Jesus Foundation.

 

Article 9: Who has access to your data?

Only specific employees of Stichting Radicaal voor Jezus who have the right to change or view personal data. This is related to the specific function(s) of the individual employee. Stichting Radicaal voor Jezus may also use other companies to perform tasks on behalf of Stichting Radicaal voor Jezus. Examples of this include processing payments and sending orders. All have access only to the data that is necessary for the performance of their duties.

 

Article 10: Duty of confidentiality

All employees of Stichting Radicaal voor Jezus have a duty of confidentiality. This is by means of a contractual duty of confidentiality that applies to all data that they become aware of in the performance of their duties. The third parties that Stichting Radicaal voor Jezus engages to support Stichting Radicaal voor Jezus, such as designers, volunteers, the processor of the payments and the supplier who delivers your order to you on behalf of Stichting Radicaal voor Jezus, are also bound by the contractual agreements that we have made with them. The latter is the case in the event of a so-called conflict of duties. This is not likely to occur. It must concern an emergency situation in which people are in danger of death. Article 12: Retention period of personal data.

Stichting Radicaal voor Jezus does not store your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data is processed, unless a longer storage period is required by law. How long your data is stored therefore depends on the nature of the data and the purposes for which it is processed. If you fill in a contact or registration form on the website, or send us an e-mail, the data you send us will be stored for as long as is necessary for the complete answering and handling thereof, based on the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail.

 

Article 13: Security measures

Stichting Radicaal voor Jezus has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss or any form of unlawful processing. In the unlikely event of loss or unlawful processing of data, Stichting Radicaal voor Jezus will report this to the Dutch Data Protection Authority and, if the law so prescribes, also to the data subjects whose data has been lost or unlawfully processed. Stichting Radicaal voor Jezus has been obliged to do so under the Personal Data Protection Act since February 7, 2023.

 

Article 14: Your Rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to inspect your personal data, correct or supplement your personal data and destroy personal data. For example, by keeping an appropriate distance at the entrance of the events until it is your turn, you respect the privacy of others. We also ask you not to take photos, films and/or sound recordings on which others or their data are shown without the permission of those others. An additional condition for photos, films and/or sound recordings of one of our employees is that they are not hindered in carrying out their task.

Due to rapid technical developments or changed laws and/or regulations, it may sometimes be necessary to adjust this privacy statement. Stichting Radicaal voor Jezus reserves the right to unilaterally make changes to this privacy statement. Changes or additions to the privacy statement will be published here. Stichting Radicaal voor Jezus advises you to check the privacy statement regularly.
